1. Return and Exchange Period
You have a generous 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that items received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for altered, damaged, or visibly worn items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including gift cards, underwear, swimwear, personalized or custom-made items, and clearance or final sale items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

b. RMA Issuance: Upon verification, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
c. Packaging: Securely package the item including all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
d. Labeling: Clearly mark the package with the RMA number and affix the return shipping label if provided.
e. Shipping: Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.
Please note, unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
